Note on our new (optional) custom designed and created LED lighting Systems:

In addition to using primarily available light whenever possible and also utilizing our state-of-the-art strobe systems whenever artistically useful, we now also offer absolutely incredible LED lighting systems but those require a highly-trained professional specialist to handle them and we need to charge an additional $40 per hour for one of these complex systems to be transported to and then properly utilized at your wedding under the direction of your lead photography artist. These LED systems each include six lights - with each light having a particular function throughout the day along with their various adapters. They are unique, highly customized systems with a set of lights just for getting ready and a unique set for the formal portraiture and a set for adding drama to the dance floor at the receptions. These systems offer less advantage for an outdoor wedding - but they can be magical at the many wonderful character-filled but often underlit venues appearing all over the place - like at most winery venues or converted barns or converted industrial spaces or even at many converted churches.  These lights seem to love these kinds of venues.  With these lights we can control their brilliance, tone, softness and spread - and light up any venue just the way we want. We can work in perfect harmony with any existing light - but also make you the stars of the evening by controlling the lighting just so - a nice just so pool of light up front for your ceremony, a nice dramatic pool of light for your first dance, and beautifully soft light for even the largest groups during portraiture and beautiful, soft modeling light when we bring those lights up close for your individual portraiture. 

If you give us the time, we can even use these lights to create portraiture art like we never could before.  These lights can become true portable studio setups with key (beauty) lights and soft fill lights and spot hair lights and interesting background lights of any shade or brilliance.  We can even add spots of RGB (colored) light wherever useful to add interest.  With them we can see exactly what we are doing, and thereby be more creatively daring and artistic if you give us the opportunity - and you will even feel them - but softly as opposed to a strobe flash. 

For the past several months their use was included into the pricing, but I have decided to simplify our packages and lower our prices and make the LED systems optional at the $40 per hour rate - which is actually below our cost for them.  They are not absolutely critical for wonderful photography and their need should be discussed with our artists.  They can also be added to a contract at any time as long as one of the kits is still available. Outdoor venues during the day don't benefit from them, for example, and some venues just have wonderful natural lighting we would not want to disturb.  Our artistic utilization of available light along with our state-of-the-art strobe systems will do just fine under many circumstances and there is no additional charge for their use.

Engagement Sessions:

A $250 engagement credit is included in all package of 6 hours or more.  These engagement sessions are either 1, 1.5 hour, or 2 hour sessions.  The 1.5 hour session can include two convenient locations and a change of clothes and the two hour sessions can include two changes of clothes (3 outfits total).  They are $325, $450, and $550 respectively.  More information is included in our General Info PDF.  All edited images Included.  We need to charge reasonable rates for our engagement sessions.  They are prepared for, shot, and color processed/edited like full events.  We don't take short cuts on them.

Moderately sized Weddings:

1) 2 hours of coverage for smaller weddings: Just $720 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $800 (client selected artist with an assistant).

We love our small wedding shoots! All extremely well-edited images are included.

Note – a four-hour minimum charge needs to be applied on Saturdays in the months of May, June and September and a five-hour minimum charge needs to be applied on Saturdays in the month of October.

2) 3-6 hours:

One photographer for 3 hours: $956 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $1044 (client selected with an assistant).

One photographer for 4 hours: $1168 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $1328 (client selected artist with assistant).

One photographer for  5 hours: $1380 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $1560 (client selected artist with an assistant).

One photographer for 6 hours: $1624 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $1812 (client selected artist with an assistant).

Two photographers: The lead for 6 hours and a second for 5 hours: $2620 (studio selected artists - each with an assistant) or $2780 (client selected artist - each with an assistant). A $250 Engagement session credit is included.

3)  7 hours - (Our Most Popular): One photographer for 7 hours: $1860 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $2004 (client selected artist with an assistant). All well-edited images included.  A $250 Engagement session credit is included.

4) Two photographers: The lead for 7 hours and a second for 5 hours: $2880 (studio selected artists - each with an assistant) or $3064 (client selected artists - each with an assistant). All well-edited images included. A $250 Engagement session credit is included.

Larger Weddings:

5) 8 hours of a lead photographer goes for $2096 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $2276 (client selected artist with an assistant). This includes all your extremely well edited image files. A $250 Engagement session credit is included. 

6) 8 hours of a lead photographer with also 6 hours of a second photographer would be $3320 (studio selected artists - each with an assistant) or $3548 (client selected artists - each with an assistant). This includes all your extremely well edited image files. A $250 Engagement session credit is included.

7) 10 hours of a lead photographer goes for $2568 (studio selected artist with an assistant) or $2820 (client selected artist with an assistant). This includes all your extremely well edited image files. A $250 Engagement session credit is included.

8) 10 hours of a lead photographer with also 6 hours of a second photographer: $3792 (studio selected artists - each with an assistant) or $4092 (client selected artists - each with an assistant). This includes all your extremely well edited image files. A $250 Engagement session credit is included.
